PROTOTYPING

We produce prototypes using pilot moulds, and if necessary we use rapid prototyping.

The pilot moulds are in effect production moulds and can therefore be used for mass production. This equipment enables us to produce the pieces exactly as designed with a production capacity limited to one piece at a time.

Rapid prototyping can be carried out using 3D printers, or through the use of disposable silicone moulds. The second technique allows for the production of a limited number of pieces, up to the complete deterioration of the equipment.
