We have a wide range of extruded profiles in compact, expanded, dual-compound and thermoplastic rubber. Adhesive and non-adhesive, with or without metal insert, rigid and flexible. Simply send us a drawing of the shape of the desired section and the technical specifications of the product and we will make the mould and the compound that best suits your needs.
MATERIAL:
COMPACT RUBBER: Ethylene-propylene-diene terpolymer (EPDM), acrylonitrile-butadiene copolymer (NBR), chloroprene (CR);
EXPANDED RUBBER: ethylene-propylene-diene terpolymer (EPDM), acrylonitrile-butadiene copolymer (NBR), chloroprene (CR), silicone (VMQ);
DUAL-COMPOUND: compact rubber + foam rubber, compact rubber with two hardnesses.
THERMOPLASTIC MATERIALS: PVC, PVC-NBR, TPE
